REPURCHASE AND UPGRADES

Regulations on the acquisition of second-hand jewelry.

(*) If customers are exchanging for new jewelry: this only applies to cases where customers buy new products with a value equal to or higher than the invoice value of the old product resale (the product must be intact, not dented, colored stone and diamonds without scratches, batches, tanks, cracks).

(**) Jewelry products are still in their original status: products with stones attached to the product that are not scratched, broken, batched, cracked and also attached with Certificates (if any).

In case the jewelry product is no longer in its original state, the stone is broken, the gold and diamond will be purchased at a maximum of 50% of the selling price or according to the accompanying invoice.

Jewelry is purchased according to the listed gold price purchased on the website https://9999-9.com/gold-price at the time of the transaction and based on the weight of gold on the bill or the actual weight of gold (if there is a loss).

The cost of diamond inspection and modification (if any) is paid by the customer. If the diamond inspector has a deviation from the invoice, the laser inscription has a deviation, we cannot buy it.

If the diamond inspection deviates from the invoice, laser inscription is deviated from a broken edge, the company only corrects the inspection for the customer (the cost of inspection and correction is paid by the customer), the company does not buy it.

Regulations on buying and repurchasing jewelry when customers lose their invoices.

Jewelry:

All jewelry will be repurchased according to the weight of the gold and at the price of the purchased gold listed on the website https://9999-9.com/gold-price at the time of the transaction.

Purchases are made during business hours at: Jean’s Jewelry, Inc. and affiliated stores.

Acquired according to the actual weight and gold purity after inspection.

Loose Diamonds:

We only buy back intact diamonds in accordance with the inspection of the certificate. The sales invoice must be attached. GIA Certificates must be attached.

Customer service regulations.

Free services upon purchase: Resizing Rings; Engraving; Mounting the stone on the setting (when customers buy settings or loose diamonds).

Complimentary Warranty:

Polishing, Cleaning, Maintenance, Prong Inspection. Free warranty within 6 months: Locks and Clasps of all kinds; Rhodium white gold jewelry products 14k, 18k; Setting side stones, diamond melee lost due to technician errors.

Not included in Warranty:

Rhodium white gold jewelry products 14k, 18k (after the warranty period); The warranty services have expired; Warranty for product damage due to defective use and inappropriate storage of the product.

We are not responsible for Center Diamond/Stone loss due to misuse, inappropriate storage, or mishandling of the product.

General provisions.

Customers are asked to check the product, invoice, certificate (if any), and cash transactions when purchasing. After the transaction is completed, no exchange or return will be applied. Cash will not be returned unless we are able to verify it by surveillance.

All transactions will be based on product invoices.

All transactions of buying, selling and exchanging between customers and Jean’s Jewelry, Inc. are in USD. We do not accept cash transactions over $10,000.

If the customer wins a prize at the monthly raffle, the product can not be returned or exchanged. It can be upgraded for twice the value on the invoice.

We reserve the right to change terms and conditions accordingly without prior notice.
